MyLifeDiabetic I didn't expect to be diagnosed with a chronic illness at the age of 22. Even though I knew something was different about my body my entire life; nothing prepared me for living with type 1 diabetes. Now, my journey for self-actualization also became my journey for self-acceptance. This is my attempt at releasing pieces of myself, my experiences, my fears, my success and my happiness into the world.
